This is our most comprehensive package and is suitable for the couple who do not want to spend too much time planning their big day. It presents you with the opportunity of having the dream wedding you envision without doing all the hard work.  All you have to do is give us the details and attend your wedding.
This package involves:
  • Initial complimentary consultations.
  • Subsequent consultations via phones, emails and in person during the planning process.
  • Budget development and management.
  • Ceremony and Reception venue selection.
  • Event design (theme, colours and décor concept development, invitations, floral design and décor, day of stationery, lighting, favours, table design, etc.)
  • Assistance with selection of wedding attire and accessories.
  •  Vendor referrals with preferential rates i.e caterers, florists, photographers, etc.
  • Arrange vendor appointments and accompany you to vendors when necessary.
  •  Contract review and negotiation.
  •  Manage vendor relations and payment schedule.
  • Bridal shower planning and coordination.
  • Providing information to obtain marriage license and name change
  •  Assist with finding appropriate guest accommodations and offering guidance on selecting souvenirs and gifts etc.

  • Ongoing and unlimited contact with your wedding planner via phone and email

  • Preparation of a personalized rehearsal and wedding day itinerary

  • Checking with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day

  • Rehearsal coordination and instruction on site

  • Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on wedding day such as: candles, guest book, favours, toasting glasses, place cards, etc. Check list with planner

  • Complete wedding day coordination (see ”Day of Coordination package” for details)

  • Overseeing, and directing the ceremony and reception.


If you're done with all the planning but realize you want to actually enjoy your BIG day without worrying about all the details, this package is perfect for you.

  • Consultation with bride and groom to find out information about their wedding
  • An additional consultation as the wedding day approaches (typically scheduled within one month of wedding day). This meeting is necessary in order to accurately communicate your vision.
  • Ongoing and unlimited contact with your wedding planner via phone and email
  • Preparation of a personalized rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
  • Checking with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
  • Rehearsal coordination and instruction
  • Collection of items at rehearsal (if this has been included in your package) to be brought and set up on wedding day such as: candles, guest book, favours, toasting glasses, place cards, etc.

    - Making sure you are ready to walk down calm and collected
    - Ensuring musicians are cued for correct pace and timing
    - Ensuring you and your bridal party are prepared for post-ceremony formal pictures
    - Greeting you and your groom as you arrive at your reception site.
    - Ensuring your music entertainment is prepared for your entrance and has correct         pronunciation of the members of your bridal party
